Moonlit Cozy Return and Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, including for an incorrect size you selected or a change of mind.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with any original tags attached. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email jonisblessed@icloud.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items to the address on your package without our approval.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns and incorrectly selected sizes or colors. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly, within 30 days of delivery, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. If a return is required, we will cover return shipping.

Exchanges

For size or color changes, request a return first. Once it is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item. Customers pay shipping for the new order.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
